The EXCEPTIONS to confidentiality include, but are not limited to, the following: - 3.1 We determine that the user is a threat to himself or herself of another person; 3.2 there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly or disabled person; 3.3 the user is threatening to commit a crime; 3.4 there is a medical emergency; or 3.5 through a court order to disclose the user’s records. In the event of such we will make reasonable efforts to discuss it with the user before taking any action.
